telephone interview+ HR/business manager interview + Head of department interview. all competency based and IQ brainteaser questions, HR guy is shape but dont talk, business manager. HEAD of department is a lady, who is quite nice but questions are quite challenging, being asked such as: sell this terminal to me, what do u know about BB‘s products and services, exp of dealing with customers and style? overall, the interviews are quite easy but it takes so long waiting time... almost 3-4 wks after each interview, mb considering the headcounts and need interview more ppl at each stages.anyway the reusults, so patience is key lol..

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process
