I had 4 rounds interview for the contract position. The first 2 interviews were all phone interview. One was with a recruiter from HR department and one was with a team lead. The third interview was an onsite interview. Then I got email from recruiter to request reference information and wring samples.

I had two different interviews at two different locations, one with a member of the LP Philanthropies team and one with a Bloomberg Philanthropies representative. They were on time, welcoming, and didn't waste any time. I felt they asked questions with a genuine desire to learn more about me and they answered questions in a thoughtful, if not a little calculated, way. I would have appreciated a little more transparency about the expectations tied to the role, the answers I got seemed a little too vague to reassure.
