Colloquio
1.Video interview first, just 4 questions like tell me about yourself, why bloomberg, how do you know this position.
2. HR phone interview, more focus on your behaviour and your motivation.
3. Online assessment. there are two parts, one is python, the other is finance.
4. In-person interview with team leader and analyst.
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.

Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.
Day0: HR reached out me on Linkedin,
Day1: I submitted my application in the private link provided by HR.
Day15: Received an HR phone interview invitation.
Day22: HR phone interview.
