Application sent online; Contacted the same day for an interview by phone. The interview was focusing on my interest and knowledge about Bloomberg business and culture and few question about my background; bringing a specific example about angry customer. The person at the phone told me he was satisfied and I would be contacted soon for arranging a 2:1 interview. I was not in England so I went for a video interview in one of the local branch of Bloomberg. Interviewers were really friendly and made the typical questions of customer service role interviews, example of team working, angry customer, stressful situation. Of course they ask me about Bloomberg culture and my interest for the role in itself and the company.
After three weeks I received an enigmatic mail saying the role was cancelled either filled!
Thr process were straightforward and smooth. The interviewers were polite and friendly. The result came out not long after. It was an online interview call. The feedback were also provided.

The interview was relatively straight forward with many behavioural questions such as why do you want this jobs or what's your goal in the future. The interviewer was nice and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Applied through online. They asked me to do assessment test and then emailed me within one week for a video interview. They also stated in the email informing that they will get back to me within 5 days but I have received no news within the 5 days so far. Most probably not getting the position.
