Video recording interview as the first round of interview. There were four questions you had to answer both in English and Japanese. The interview was not hard, several questions about customer service experience and general information about Bloomberg. The next round is phone interview.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
