The initial phone screening is competency based and included a question on how a non-financial company could use the terminal. The first in-house interview, after shadowing, was similar to the phone interview. Important is to be prepared to outline why you want to work there and what the job entitles. They will go through your CV and ask you, again, to convince them why it is the job you want. I have the final interview scheduled soon.
