Following my online application on their website I was called for a phone screening. The interviewer asked me some additional questions regarding the position, so it was like a surprise phone interview in the end. Three hours later I received an invitattion for an on site recruitment day in London. Some of the questions asked were:

The first round was a test that had puzzle-type questions. Then there was a HireVue that gave you unlimited prep time and unlimited tries at responding to 5 or 6 questions.
