Colloquio
Two stages, Initial 30 minute call with Recruiter and a 1 hr call with members of the teams. A mixture of background questions and competency based questions. Had little information on the role.

Colloquio
The start of the interview process was pleasant - a representative reached out to me for a 30-mins chat and scheduled the next interview round with 2 interviewers on the same day.
Recruiters interview round went smooth, spanning across an hour. Both of them took turns to ask a few behavioral and scenario-based questions and shared more about the role and what does a typical day-to-day would look like/important tips etc. A couple hours after this interview, the Talent Coordinator informed me that I’ve advanced to the next and final interview round with the Team Lead and Head of Recruiting, which includes a 45-minute Excel Test and an hour of the actual interview session.
The final interview round started off with the 45 minutes excel test - the same representative sent over an excel file with a few raw data sets and a set of questions to fulfill. Once done, the actual interview session commenced after a 15-mins break. Both interviewers introduced themselves and wanted to find out more about the motivation behind my interest in the role, accompanied with a couple of behavioral and scenario-based questions. This took about an hour in total.
After which, I emailed the rep to thank everyone for their time and her support for arranging all the interviews which I didn’t receive a reply to. I didn’t think too much into it since it was approaching the year-end and she might be swamped with work before closure of business for the holidays.
A week later, I received an auto-generated email from their HRIS system that my application was rejected without any feedback. I reached out to the rep again to request for some feedback for future reference to no avail until today.
This started of really well with personal touch points and great support, but thereafter, they practically went MIA. Because of this, my candidate experience was ruined, and I will probably not be interested to apply for any roles from Bloomberg or even advocate the same to my peers/colleagues.

What would you do if you realized that you’ve sent the wrong interview details to a candidate and they have arrived in the office whereas the interview was scheduled for another date?
It was okay. It was a phone interview. I thought it went well, but got ghosted by the recruiter right after. Asked your typical interview questions. Why do you think you're a good fit for this role? Tell me about yourself? Why this role? Most proud project
