3 rounds. first is hr interview which is more like a talk. followed by tl round and manager round. management from both analytics and sales will join. hr is super nice. the questions are not technical but more like bq. they do want you to know more about the markets if you have relevant background

mainly behavior questions, why this company, why this role, why you're a good fit for this role, combing with role play exercises, including selling a product and explain a complex concept.

The interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer was 12–15 minutes late, and after I emailed to confirm, he joined a minute later, awkwardly explaining he had internet issues and couldn’t communicate with me. His explanation didn’t feel entirely confident, and it seemed like he may have simply forgotten.
During the interview, he asked about my motivation to join Bloomberg and about the company’s products. I gave a detailed explanation of Bloomberg and its offerings. However, he asked again what Bloomberg’s product is. I was confused since I had already explained it, and when I double-checked, he said, “I just want to know if you understand the product,” which was very unclear given my earlier answer.
Overall, the interviewer’s demeanour felt disengaged. There was little effort to build rapport or make the conversation interactive; it felt very scripted. The interview ended earlier than planned, leaving me feeling that the experience was unprofessional and did not reflect Bloomberg’s reputation.
Interviews are a key part of the hiring process, and this experience left a negative impression.
Video interview answering a few straightforward questions about yourself and some basic problem solving. 2nd interview over the phone with HR to go through some of your responses and understand you better, 3rd and 4th are in person with key team members where questions are more customer service based and critical thinking.
