Colloquio
It started off with a cognitive assessment then a smallish take-home assessment. After 2 weeks I was contacted to take part in an interview with a hiring manager (basic questions about resume and experience). Over a week after completing this a 2 and a half-hour virtual interview with 4 separate interviewers was set up. The first half focused on going over the take-home assessment and some riddles. I understand the point of these riddles is to get your thought process, but they feel like a pretty poor way to do so. The second half included going over a back-end or front-end design of an application and explaining your thought process. Overall, this was a decent interview process but it went on for far too long. The recruiter I was working with was great and always willing to help and answer questions when needed.

Split into three sections:
1 - Code review session (previous take-home problem)
2 - Design Session (Similar to designing ER diagrams in nature)
3 - Casual conversation (Get to know each other, ask questions about the company, etc)
