The original phone call was with a representative from Human Resources. The interviewer had a very approachable tone and demeanor that made having a conversation easier. This interview was focused on candidate qualifications and interests, as well as career goals. The second interview was another phone interview, but with a hiring manager. This manager was short and provided no feedback on any answers. His tone suggested that he did not want to conduct an interview and had better things to do.
