Submit an application with resume and cover letter. The hiring manager emails you and the two of you schedule an interview. If that goes well, there is a second interview. Then a two-week paid training period where you work with others, giving you an idea of what the job entails and the people with whom you'd work. After this period is done, if you and the Blue Cross Pet Hospital staff feel as though you are a good fit, you fill the position. Otherwise, you move on.
