Informal, generally getting a judge of your character, appearance, experience and if you would be willing/capable to cover other departments. Staff were friendly, approachable and made me feel at ease.
Friendly interviewer and she asked me a lot of questions and it was a realtively long interview but the questions were not too difficult, overall i think the interview was average
