It is similar to TFA in their process. They have you fill out the application online. Then first round is the phone interview. They'll ask you about challenges that you have faced and how you have gotten through them. They will also ask about things on your resume. The last round is a half day interview in person in NYC with group activities. The group session is first and it involves a mini lesson you have to prepare and another activity you have to solve all together. The one-on-one interviews are later in the day. They ask questions about your reasons for wanting to be a BETA. There will also be a scenario that will need to be played out.
