I enjoyed meeting with the HR lady who conducted the first interview. She was consistently friendly, smiling, and very helpful throughout the call. Very prepared, answered the questions clearly, and provided useful information about the role and company.

A very strange experience! The HR Manager persuaded me to take an online personality assessment test from a bottom-of-the-bucket sales training consultant. I'd done fairly well on three previous assessments (Chally, KPA & Predictive Index), but nearly flunked this one. Then somehow got an interview with the President. Three days after that interview, I got a boilerplate rejection from one of the company's robots. Today, the company's website shows no sign of the President I interviewed with or the HR Manager who'd persuaded me to take the personality assessment test. But I did get a copy of my test results!
