1 month after applying on the website, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. I got a phone interview with the recruiter for 10 minutes then arranged another phone interview with their engineer

They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.

Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
