Presentation to group of engineers and managers followed by group discussion then one on ones. Total of 7 hour process including lunch. Questions ranged in technical complexity covering everything from industry practices, problem-solving, change management, manufacturing experience.

Phone call from HR. Scheduled phone call with Manufacturing director. Waited for a week then phone call from HR to schedule an on-site interview. Very relaxed and helpful HR personnel.
