Phone screening with the recruiter to discuss background, previous projects, technologies, & work experience. The interview was straightforward, and the recruiter was friendly. The process didn't continue because they don't support relocation.

Interview process was incredibly over-complicated with requests to build a presentation on the company itself in the 3rd round. Even for a software engineer this was an abhorrent interview process and I self selected to drop out which does appear to be what they're shooting for with these practices. Trying to weed out anyone who is not completely bought in to their specific company without ever having worked there.
Went through the whole process, just to be ghosted. I received a generic rejection email over the weekend. Zero communication even after multiple follow-ups. As if candidates in this market haven't already had enough people telling them they don't matter.
