Blue requires a 1 hour presentation by the candidate. The interview panel will ask questions during this time, but they are general to the presentation. There are usually 4 people on the panel, and after the 1 hour presentation, you will meet individually with each for 30 minutes. This is where they will ask you specific questions related to the job requirements and assessing you against Blue's core principles.

after I did 50 min ppt slide, an essay for 'why Blue' and a 4 hour video interview, the feedback I got was that my technical skills, experience and attitude were all on par but i seemed distracted so they decided to not go with me. I was shocked to hear that.
