First interview with HR involved discussing previous experience, skills, and next steps. Second interview with hiring manager was a 30 min phone call discussing experience in more detail with questions. Third interview involved a PPT presentation to a panel of engineers followed by four 30 min one-on-one interviews in which many technical and behavioral questions were asked.

Started with a phone screen which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager and then an in person group interview a few weeks later. The group interview was with at least (4) people and then there were one-on-one sessions with each averaging 30 minutes. A presentation was expected for the group interview.

Very technical - asked for multiple on the spot design sketches, force diagrams, and part sizing. How would you design and engine mate tool? How would you design a structure that had to be so many feet high and support this amount of load?
