I applied online through local classifieds. I received an email back from a department head to arrange an interview. I was a little disappointed that they had already filled the job. But they wanted to see if I was interested in another role. The different role wasn't for me though. This is a young company with lots of energy. It is very sales-centric and all roles seem to support that function.
