Asked to come into a room to watch a video that didn't work and no training. Was lied to about it being hourly + commission. And then told to go out and sing it until a corporate employee told us how to do everything properly.
It was easy, pretty much they take everyone and people leave often, its not a job for everyone, door to door is hard work and you must be willing to learn on your own

Old and straight forward. Was Initially a group interview to see who is i treated after receiving company information , the separate one in one interviews for those that were. Seems like they pretty much hire anyone who shows serious interest.

Two step process, followed by training. All easy to understand, and communication was good through the whole process, with regular reminders for the online meeting times. Hiring managers were all good at explaining the role.
