There was a phone screen call, then an on-site 2 hour long interview with 3 individuals. I then got a soft offer and a couple more phone calls. Communication was poor the entire process. It seemed that the folks at BRS were never communicating about my situation so there was a lot of miscommunication and delay in hearing back. I never knew what was coming next. Folks were mostly quite nice however.

They did a case question to give an idea of what it would be like working with numbers and data in the position as well as to test candidates' abilities to work with data as well as maximize efficiency in operations

You will got through 3 interviews with different levels of management. The first two will be more focused on your resume and your ability to problem solve. The 3rd interview will be a case study to demonstrate your problem solving process.

Tell us about about a problem that you encountered in your prior work and how you resolved it.
Phone interview with recruiter followed by 2-hour interview process with several leaders and the COO. Good experience. Geared heavily towards MBA/business school interview theory. They value college experience heavily. Recruiter didn't seem to have much of a grasp on the position.

The process was good and smooth until final interviews. The COO interviewed me but only had 15-20 minutes before a meeting. In the case interview he tried giving it to me off memory and consistently left information out or explained it incorrectly because he forgot his notes with the case on it. Didn’t have time for me to ask him questions about the company or position.
