Met with 3 different guys, very casual. Asked about me etc, showed me around, pretty straight forward and boring. Probably the easiest interview I have ever been in. The recruiter was also talking to me afterwards as if I had already accept an offer and will be working there.

Easy and straightforward. Simple questions and kind interviewer. Excited for this opportunity. Seems to be entirely based on your own performance because there is no hourly rate. Washington apparently is great for solar because homes require more solar due to the overcast weather.
