The application process through Edjoin was easy. They called and scheduled an interview before the application close date which was intersting. Interview was done over zoom with Library Coordinator and Director of Community Support. They asked a mix of work history and personal questions. Friendly and engaging conversation. My biggest issue is the lack of communication following the interview. I have applied and interviewed for four separate jobs at Blue Ridge. I have sent a follow up email with no response. I have followed up a week later with no response. And as three or four weeks go by, I assume I don't get the job. There has never been a formal, "We went with another candidate." They just never follow up or give status after any of the interviews for any position or department I have spoken with.
