The interview process was easy and laid back. I had a phone interview first and was invited to come in for a sit down interview. Very nice people and was probably the best interview I've ever had. Some places ask outrageous questions that they probably couldn't answer themselves. I think you can tell a lot about a company just by sitting with the hiring manager for 15 minutes.
