Applied online and was emailed by a recruiter to set up a time for the initial interview. The recruiter emailed me 2 minutes before the scheduled interview time to cancel the meeting. Never heard back from the recruiter.
There were several rounds of interviews, not unlike most other companies. I received initial positive feedback after my virtual on-site, but then the company and my recruiter suddenly ghosted me without explanation.

Colloquio
There are four separate interviews.
1. HR interview
2. Engineering Manager interview
3. Coding interview
4. 4 hour virtual onsite interview
The first two are standard interview making sure your background fits the position.
The coding interview is to determine if you know exactly how to answer their questions. Do not assume that just because you can figure out the solution that it will be good enough. It won't.
