The interview was fairly informal as I was referred by a current employee . We sat and talked before they started asking about my availability to start. I am sure other interviews for other positions are more formal.

Positive experience overall. Had one phone call. Heard back from them about two weeks later.n Interviewer was nice and gave a lot of information about the role. Interviewed towards the end of the hiring window.
