The interview process at Blue Seedling was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've encountered in my career. It began with a long wait after I submitted my application—over a month passed before I was contacted for an initial conversation. The first call was scheduled for May 21st, but I was ghosted without any explanation, leaving me to follow up multiple times. Eventually, I had to reach out to the CEO on LinkedIn just to get a response, which finally led to some movement in the process. After this, I was given a project plan exercise on July 1st, with the promise of feedback by the end of the week. However, two more weeks passed with no communication. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I was left in the dark about my status for the majority of the process. In total, the entire process dragged on for five months, filled with long periods of silence and a complete lack of transparency. When I finally got to the interview with the CEO, it was clear that she was uninterested and dismissive from the start. The interview felt like a mere formality, with no genuine engagement or interest in my experience or qualifications. After such a lengthy and arduous process, this was a huge letdown. The entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially given the time and effort I invested.
