Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Blue Shield Of California (San Francisco, CA)
Colloquio
This process was LONG. Recruiters didn’t get back to me until 3 months after I submitted my application. There were four rounds of interviews. I’ve referred other people to apply to jobs at bscf but they’ve had to drop out because the process is so long and they’ve found other opportunities.

Was interviewed by Recruiter who had no idea what some of the verbiage meant on my resume. I finally had to tell her to please let the hiring Manager that I know HEDIS and all that entails and I received an interview by a lovely Manager who was a breath of fresh air and was moved onto a panel interview with two people from her team. Only got one smile from one and was asked mostly behavioral questions but didn't seem like they quite understood what I did in my job and I had to ask them several times if they knew for example what MRRV was one stated no the other rolled her eyes...I didn't get the job though I thought I did quite well considering who my panel interview was with...

Tell me about a time when you were working on a project and you reached out to another team and they couldn't respond or give you what you needed within the project deadline?

Had a total of 5 interviews with different people. Basic questions about experience and how I handled situations. They were not too difficult if you have experience to draw from.

1. Process improvement question?
2. I was given a Case Study (Excel file with data) and asked to use the data to answer the questions.
3. Building relationships.
4. Resolving conflict.
The interviews were more of a discussion as opposed to being asked questions.
