Ghosted for about a week and then asked to do 2 45-minute interviews. Then was told the position was no longer available hours before the scheduled interview. There were not responsive to emails. Very disrepectful of my time

The CEO and President interviewed me over Zoom. He asked me interesting questions leading to a humane, thoughtful, respectful conversation. I also had a conversation with a colleague and with the tech lead of a partner organization I would be working with.
