Consisted of one zoom call from HR. Relatively simple, basic behavioral problems and a few questions asking why you Bluebonnet. Nothing technical, mostly behavioral and talk about the company and their mission
The interview process was short and took about 15 minutes. It was mainly about building good rapport and talking about any experience with coding and any experience dealing with people.
