The first round was video interview. Even after 10 minutes nobody joined. The HR joined and informed that the interviewer will be late. The interviewer gave some ridiculous excuses as soon as he joined. He was reclining in his seat very relaxed and with his thumb in his nose! He kept on interrupting me every other second, didn't let me speak or even complete my sentences. Later, he was getting messages on his device, was responding to them and wasn't even interested to listen. That's the attitude with which they conduct interviews!
