      Talent reached out to discuss the role, screening was probably one of the best screenings I've ever experienced. I then interviewed with the head of HR, another positive experience, so much so that I was then asked to interview with the CEO, imagine how exciting and promising that was for me. The CEO only had 30 minutes to spare, it was an awful, and painful experience. CEO really had no clue what he needed from an Executive Assistant (his words not mine). Never heard back, no real feedback. You would think once you reach the CEO’s office the company would provide feedback, a phone call - something! Ended up being THE EXAMPLE of what bad leadership looks like. Good luck to BlueLinx!
