I recently interviewed at Blue Modus Inc and wanted to share my experience with others. Here are the key points I would like to highlight: Organized CEO: During the interview process, I had the opportunity to interact with the CEO who was Tom. I found him to be highly organized and professional. He provided a clear overview of the company, its goals, and the role I was interviewing for. His organization skills were commendable and set a positive tone for the entire process. Easy Interview Process: The overall interview process at Blue Modus Inc was relatively straightforward and easy to navigate. The initial stages, such as the phone screening and initial technical assessment, were well-coordinated and efficiently conducted. The interviewers were friendly and created a comfortable environment to showcase my skills and experience. Negative: Five Rounds of Interviews: One aspect that was disappointing about the interview process at Blue Modus Inc was the number of interview rounds. I had to go through five rounds of interviews, which felt excessive and time-consuming. While I understand the importance of thorough evaluation, it seemed excessive for the position I was applying for. Frustration with Internal Referral: What added to my frustration was the realization that Blue Modus Inc ultimately chose to go with an internal referral. It was disheartening to know that the company had the option to reduce the number of interviews for external candidates like myself, saving time and effort. This information, had it been communicated earlier, would have been valuable and saved me from investing unnecessary time and energy. In conclusion, my experience at Blue Modus Inc had its positives, such as the organized CEO and an easy interview process. However, the negative aspect of enduring five rounds of interviews, coupled with the frustration of discovering they went with an internal referral, dampened my overall experience.
