We base the remuneration we offer on market data and the level at which establish a candidate to be following the interview process. In this instance, we understood your expectations to be an overvaluation of your objectively assessed skill set. You have also misunderstood our performance-related pay element, which rewards but does not demand additional days worked and how that related to your existing earnings.
We are a profoundly and proudly international organisation so your last point is, I am afraid, self-evidently total nonsense.
