Generally revolved around the job and what it entailed. Talks about education background, bilingual ability, past job history. The interviewer was very knowledgable, he was soft spoken and made me feel comfortable to answer his questions.
Recruited through LinkedIn. 2 phone interviews and one in person interview. Interview questions were behavior based. Quick responses to emails and questions. Plant tour was proved with in person interview.
