Applied with cv & cover letter, made an online exam and an online pre-recorded interview. I found asking for a pre-recorded interview lacking a human touch and thereby decided that this employer is not a match for me. Still, I went through the process to live the experience.

We appreciate your time and feedback. Yes, at times, our hiring process can take several weeks to complete; for a number of reasons, but ultimately, to find the right candidate for the role and for our company. We never complete a final interview without meeting the candidate either on a video call (the most common choice) or then in person.
