My interviewer was very friendly and greeted me with a smile as I walked into the building. My feelings of nervousness left me as we began talking and without even starting I felt as if I were a part of their team. A serving position pretty much sells itself if you're friendly, courteous and professional.

Very straightforward, just a quick chat with management, some basic interview questions, so on. What you'd expect for a job like this. Mostly about proving a sense of responsibility. I was in high school when I was interviewed and mostly got asked about my work habits as they related to classes.
