They Used behavior based interviewing. I you go for an interview be prepared to answer questions with specific examples. They want to know the situation. What you did about the situation, and then fimally what was the result of the situation. If you can keep that format in mind you will do well on the interview

very good interview. the management team was very good and upfront about the job in detail. so I felt I knew everything about the job. the interview time was very productive a lot of interaction between me and the manager. HR was very kind and helpful also
