Due to being a new role for the company, I suppose the interview process was "slightly" altered - but not too much outside of what you would usually see.
The initial application was online, through a job posted on LinkedIn but redirected through to the company website for careers. Very smart & intuitive process, simple to follow.
The first stage was a phone call with the CEO, who is in charge of the new growth department. Easy to schedule & talk to.
Second stage was a face to face, which was very good. Shown around the office and how everything works, alongside going through profile results which analyze who you are/how you work (which is beneficial btw).
