Fun fact: In order to get a job there, you have to pass 1 assessment test and 4 interviews(!!!!!),while in one of the interviews you are going to be asked to do a case study and analyse diagrams and tables with financial data, within a ridiculous small amount of time. It doesn’t matter if you have previous working experience in the role. As long as you are able to solve the unnecessary case study they ask you to. All that, for a basic job position and a basic salary. p.s. The specific case study had nothing to do with the role. Still, to this day, I’m wondering what was the whole point of it.

The first two interviews were amazing but then the last was a video interview with the director and literally the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever had. It was wholly unstructured and she was laying down on her couch in her living for a VIDEO interview.
