you go to the location and the GM is the responsible to interview you, then second round is with a district manager and then you are in if accepted. After that if you want to keep growing

Applied via website, first went in for a group interview at their headquarters in bk. Seemed like everyone was applying for different things. We were given a task in small groups-- I'm wondering if this was to see how well we worked with others? Then we were interviewed by the three main folks who were running the interview, I was interviewed by my manager who selected a specific location for me.
