Online interview process. It was more like a conversation than a hard or difficult pedagogical question. Asked limited questions but it was more to get to know me and why I wanted to teach there. We had a coffee style discussion about education in general.

Relaxed, professional. Principal asked questions related to teaching. The principal Spoke a little bit about the history of the company, and the position. The Principal spoke about their background and what they have to offer.
It was a very pleasant and welcoming environment. The Principal and front desk employee made me very comfortable. I highly recommend attending this place for an interview if you are pondering it.

Colloquio
I found the job on Indeed.ca and sent Blyth my resume via email. I heard back within 2 hours, and arranged an interview for a few days from then. The position was a short-term contract, and I sent a declining letter before other interviews had been finished and offers made. I declined because of the commute that would have been involved, not because it didn't seem like a great place to work.
