I had a screening call and then an in person interview. The in-person interview lasted for about an hour and I was given a tour of the office. Both were scheduled timely. The process has since changed, for the better.

After completing the application on ZipRecruiter, I completed a phone interview and a few days after I interviewed in person at Bmore Technology HQ. They sent me an offer letter a few days later.
