I interviewed for the Product Support Specialist role through an external recruiting agency. The early stages moved quickly, and I was even asked to provide a professional reference very early in the process — which was unusual, since reference checks typically come after final interviews.
After that, the process dragged on for weeks with multiple delays and vague updates. I was told I was a top candidate, but scheduling the next step took over a month. Communication was inconsistent, and it took a very long time to receive feedback after my second interview.
That interview itself lasted only about 10–15 minutes, with just a few surface-level questions asked. I came prepared with detailed examples of my work, but there wasn’t space to showcase my skills or enthusiasm because of how rushed and limited the conversation was. The feedback I later received didn’t match the reality of the interview experience or the positive reference I had already provided.
Overall, the process felt drawn out, disorganized, and unprofessional. If you interview here, expect long delays, unclear expectations, and very little opportunity to present your full skill set. The company’s mission is admirable, but the hiring process I experienced didn’t reflect the same level of care or respect.
