I applied on Linkedin. After some days the CEO came to me asking some questions and then a technical interview was scheduled with a Software Engineer. Here was a mix of Q&A interview (with simple questions) and a live coding interview (for SQL and C#).
After that they scheduled more 3 interviews "in parallel": 1 with the Team Leader, 1 with the CEO and 1 with the PO. The Team Leader asked me a lot of SQL Server questions and Data Structured questions. The CEO is all about cultural fit. The PO is about how you work.
After that I received an automatic e-mail from Linkedin informing me that I was not approved in the process. But here is the question: Why? Was it about technical issues? Was it about cultural fit? What was the point?
I spent 4 hours of life on this and I do not have the ideia why I was not approved.

It was on Teams, sharing my screen with open web cam, it starts with simple c# questions and then they gave me a screen shot of 4 tables and I Had 4 questions, to do queries on notepad.
