The interview process was unorganized. It was a brief on-campus interview, followed by an online interview with a hiring manager. However, I did not get the position because he was looking for a PhD student cadidate.

quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
