Applied at college, got an in person interview on campus. They asked me behavioral questions and wanted me to answer in the STAR format - tell the Situation, Task, Action, Result.

Initial round 15 minute phone screen with a recruiter. Second round was with a 30 minute panel taking turns asking about my experiences on my resume. Third round was similar to the second round with a different panel and more in-depth questions. People were very nice, I had audio issues during the second phase but they were forgiving.
