First part of the interview process was a phone screening from a HR representative. Then an in person typical S.T.A.R format interview type of interview. After that is a background check and drug test.

The interview was planned to include three members of the team. The recruiter contacted me to coordinate schedules, and after reviewing everyone’s availability, we agreed on a date and time for the interview to take place the following week.

I had a two round process, both virtual interviews. Prior to the interviews, I had one prescreen call. Questions were mostly behavioral, with two technical questions. Technical questions were basic in complexity.
